The Dassault Mirage IIID is a two seat trainer variant of the highly successful French Mirage fighter. Based on many measurements of the real thing, much attention was put towards achieving a very high level of accuracy in shape and detail. Apart from the plastic parts (which include spare noses for Mirage Vs, Panteras, etc) the kit features beautiful resin wheels, cockpit interior, nose wheel bay, ejection seat, and afterburner can, with multi part white metal nose wheel assembly and main undercarriage legs. Decals provided for French Air Force, RAAF No 2 OCU, and Belgian trainers. The High Planes Models kit includes limited run injection moulded plastic, resin and white metal parts, vacuum formed canopies by Falcon and two decal options.
