Loading... Please wait...The Douglas DB7 was developed to a Fench Air Force requirement from an existing Douglas private venture. The initial production was delivered to the French, but after the fall of France in 1940 the remainder were diverted to the RAF where it entered service as the Douglas Boston I. A number of these were converted for nightfighter and intruder operations, known as the Havoc I.
This High Planes kit represents the later USAF P-70 nightfighter which were fitted with radar and a belly gun pack. It can also be finished as a RAF Havoc II or Turbinlite II using the resin resin 12 gun nose and 'hedgehog' exhausts. Decals are included for two aircraft, P-70 " Dusty" of 6th Nightfighter Squadron, USAAf and VY-Y of 85 Squadron RAF

This is an assembly kit for experienced modellers using limited run technology. Some clean up of parts and fitting will be required. Paint and cement not included. Suitable for ages 14 to Adult.
