The English Electric Canberra was chosen by the RAAF to replace the Avro Lincoln. A modified version of the B.2 was produced under license by the Government Aircraft Factory as the GAF Canberra Mk 20. The Canberra Mk 20 served from 1953 to 1982, and saw combat in Malaya and Vietnam.
