The Grumman TBM-3W Avenger was developed for US Navy as an Airborne Early Warning and ASW search aircraft, fitted with the APS-20 radar in prominent radome. Approximately 200 were converted. The TBM-3W Avenger by the USN, Canada, France, Japan, and the Netherlands typically as the 'hunter' of a "hunter/killer" pair. This conversion for the Hasegawa kit provides a completely new fuselage with radome and finlets, to be fitted to the donor kit's wings and other parts. Decals are supplied for US Navy and Japanese Navy aircraft
