The Republic P-47N Thunderbolt was designed as an escort for the Boeing B29 Superfortress and included a new wing with additional fuel and new engien to give increased range. Large numbers were built despite the end of the Second World War, and it served with the USAAF/USAF and the Air National Guard. 

This boxing offers you the option of producing a colourful late war P47N from the Pacific Theatre. You get 'Honolulu Tina' with yellow/black striped tail, 'Shell Pusher' with yellow tail, lastly 'Priss Prissy' and Gerry' both with blue tails. The High Planes Models kit includes limited run injection moulded plastic and white metal parts, vacuum formed canopies by Falcon and four decal options.
