COVID-19 has lead to a number of impacts on worldwide deliveries.
- Singapore Post relies on scheduled flights, which are being cancelled. We do not recommend this option. Any items shipped by air mail to a country with delays will be held at their facility in Singapore until normal service resumes.
- DHL eCommerce uses the DHL international freight network, and to date this has no reduction in service. The final delivery is done by local mail services. We are seeing some delays in processing inbound international shipments.
Please check the status of your local mail network before ordering. Some countries have modified 'signed-for' delivery protocols.
For the moment we no longer offer Air Mail shipping to Canada. However, we can ship by DHL eCommerce which is a similar service.
