Singapore has mandated closure of all non-essential businesses from 7 April. We have received an exemption for sending eCommerce orders, but will not be doing any production activities. UPDATE 27 April: our exemption has been withdrawn.
UPDATE 29 May: we will return to production & distribution operations June 2. Retail visitors are not permitted.
COVID-19 has lead to a number of impacts on worldwide deliveries. Where we are aware countries are under Temporary Mail Suspension, we have disabled our mail service calculations.
- Singapore Post relies on scheduled flights, which are being cancelled. We do not recommend this option. Any items shipped by air mail to a country with delays will be held at their facility in Singapore until normal service resumes.p>
- DHL eCommerce uses the DHL international freight network, with some reduction in service depending on local restrictions. The final delivery is done by local mail services. We are seeing some delays in processing inbound international shipments.
- Express services are running through DHL and Fedex. We have not yet added rates for these services so please contact us directly for them. The Speedpost rates will be similar.
Please check the status of your local mail network before ordering. Some countries have modified 'signed-for' delivery protocols.
