Product Description
Easycast ® Polyurethane resin is a two component rigid urethane casting compound. It is a rapid setting material that demonstrates slightly more flexibility than other similar materials. It cures to Shore 73 and is white in colour. Very low viscosity, means that the most minute detail can be achieved. The product can be easily pigmented as well.
Easycast Polyurethane resin is machineable - it can be sanded, drilled, turned and ground. It accepts a wide range of fillers. A fast turnover of parts can be achieved.

Cure/Demould Time: 15+ minutes
Cure Schedule: 7 days ambient; or demould followed with post cure of 16 hours @ 70ºC is recommended to promote maximum physical properties as given above
