    Product Description

    The Vickers-Supermarine Spitfire series were fitted with a number of different propellers in service.  The deHavilland Hydromatic propeller and P30510A spinner was an option for the Spitfire Mk. V and PR.IV series.

    This version can be identified easily:

    - the propeller is wide in the centre, narrowing at the base and end

    - the spinner is pointed and longer than the earlier one

    This High Planes accessory set includes a two piece spinner, and three propeller blades.  It is designed for the Airfix Spitfire Mk. VC (2020) but can be used with any other kit with adjustment.

    NOTE:  The propeller blades are very thin and may distort during shipping.  In this case, dip briefly in hot water and reshape the resin.
